| In 1995, Stephen joined a start-up, e-commerce insurance company in Beverly, MA where he developed the recruitment strategy which built the company from an initial few to over one hundred software and insurance professionals in one year. Shortly thereafter he was promoted to Recruiting Manager and led the growth of Insurance Holdings Inc. (IHA) to well over five hundred people in three years. In 2000, Stephen built InsuranceTechies. com, a national insurance and IT executive search firm. In early 2001, Stephen served as a Senior Staffing Consultant with John Hancock Financial Services in Boston, MA where he managed their IT talent acquisition on a national level. Recently, Stephen consulted with several P & C insurance companies including further developing a national Inland and Ocean Marine division for a regional insurance carrier. Into 2010, Stephen will be working diligently to further expand our Inland and Ocean Marine search practice while leading our insurance IT consulting arm to address the significant disruption and talent challenges within this industry. Additionally, Stephen is consulting with CSN Stores in Boston ref: www.csnstores.com to help them acquire software technical leads, developers, and related talent. Stephen lives southwest of Boston, MA with his wife Tara and their daughters Emma Rose, Holly, and Brooke. |
